Image not sitting correctly when in preview mode

Hi, Im using the Velo template and have changed the image. The image fits perfect and is a professional image. When in edit mode the image sits perfectly however when in preview mode, my head is chopped off ! I cant seem to work out how to correct this. I havent changed an of the layout contents of the template as like it how it is. Thank you
