Starting July 5, a new $15.00 fee will be deducted per chargeback for your clients who have connected Wix Payments as a payment provider.
From that date, if your client receives a chargeback, a $15.00 fee will be deducted from their Wix Payments account, along with the chargeback amount.
These new fees match industry standards and reflect the fees Wix incurs from payment service providers in the event of a chargeback. If your client wins a chargeback dispute, the chargeback and fee will be refunded to them.
