Why are my imported product reviews not appearing in the reviews section after a successful CSV upload?

I am trying to import customer reviews for my products into my Wix store using the CSV import feature. The system confirms that the upload is successful, but the reviews do not show up in the product reviews section afterward.
What have you already tried:
• Verified that the CSV file format matches the Wix requirements (e.g., correct headers, valid data types, no missing required fields).|
• Ensured that product IDs in the CSV match the actual product IDs in my Wix store.|
• Re-uploaded the file multiple times after reviewing the data.|
• Checked Wix documentation on CSV imports and reviewed related forum posts, but I couldn’t find a solution for this specific issue.|
Additional information:
• The upload process does not show any errors, and I receive a confirmation message stating that the reviews have been successfully uploaded.|
• I am using the latest version of the Wix Product Reviews app.|
