I just started working with a non-profit. The CEO would like better automation. Specifically, can the form they fill out on the web site A) Generate a record in Wix/Neon B) Send a tailored (sender’s name, date of transmission, etc). Can anyone send me to the best youtube or class that can help?

I’m not familiar with Neon so I can’t help with that part of your question.
Also, any information collected from the form will automatically be stored on a spreadsheet in the CMS section of the client’s website, accessed via the website’s dashboard. You can customize what information you would like to be stored there. The client can also use a third-party CRM to collect that information.
Thank you -this is really helpful. Can the fields insert a record into Wix? Ex: Someone donates and then a record is placed in Wix using the data (name, address, email, etc.)?
