I’m not familiar with Neon so I can’t help with that part of your question.
Also, any information collected from the form will automatically be stored on a spreadsheet in the CMS section of the client’s website, accessed via the website’s dashboard. You can customize what information you would like to be stored there. The client can also use a third-party CRM to collect that information.
