I’m reporting an issue on behalf of my client who is using the Business Premium plan.
Problem:
Form submissions from the Intake Form are failing when the signature field is included. The form either does not submit or the submission is not received.
Important context:

The forms were working correctly until very recently (within the last few days).

No structural changes were made to the form prior to the issue appearing.
Tests already performed:

Removed the signature field → forms submit and are received correctly. -
Removed and re-added the signature field → forms still fail when the signature field is present.
This strongly suggests the issue is specifically related to the signature component.
Could you please:

Confirm whether there is a known issue with Intake Forms and signature fields.

Advise if any recent updates may have affected this functionality.

Suggest a workaround or fix.
