Integrating Secure Hushmail Form

Question:
Does anyone know how to embed and integrate code for a secure form from Hushmail?

Product:
Wix Studio

What are you trying to achieve:
Embed code from Hushmail secure forms.

What have you already tried:
HTML embed, js embed, custom code settings (head and body), test file in public custom elements, tested code on VS Code, reached out to Wix twice, and reached out to Hushmail.

Additional information:
In HTML embed, the iFrame is empty. In JS embed, the frame is also empty but says to view on live site connect a domain. Our DNS is still processing. Should be finalized and live tomorrow - might fix the problem with js embed and then problem solved… In custom code settings from site dashboard, the code is set to a specific page and type as essential and have tried placing in head and body start.

I am also waiting for verification from my client that the code he provided is not missing anything. Although I don’t think it is missing anything. Not really sure what else we can do - Have been in touch with Wix customer support a few times now and with Hushmail. Hushmail doesn’t have support for troubleshooting code and embedding, but they do have customers who use Wix with their secure forms. If anyone uses Hushmail and Wix Studio please help!

Here are the general steps to integrate a Hushmail form into your Wix site:

  1. Create a Hushmail Form:
  • Log in to your Hushmail account and create the form you want to embed.

  1. Open the Wix Editor:
  • Open the Wix Editor for the website where you want to add the Hushmail form.

If you are integrating a Hushmail form into your Wix website, there are a few potential drawbacks or considerations to keep in mind:

  1. Security Concerns: While Hushmail is known for its emphasis on security and encryption, it’s essential to ensure that the integration and data transfer between the form and your Wix website are secure. Any mishandling of data during the integration process could pose a security risk.
  2. Compatibility Issues: Ensure that the Hushmail form integrates seamlessly with the Wix platform. Compatibility issues could arise if there are conflicts in the code or if the form relies on features that are not fully supported by Wix.
  3. Technical Challenges: Integrating third-party services, especially those involving encryption and security features, may require technical expertise. If you are not familiar with the technical aspects of integration, you might need assistance from someone with web development skills.
  4. Costs: Depending on the features and usage of Hushmail, there might be associated costs. Make sure you understand the pricing structure of both Hushmail and Wix, especially if there are additional charges for the integration or usage of specific features.
  5. Updates and Maintenance: Both Hushmail and Wix may undergo updates and changes over time. It’s essential to stay informed about any updates or changes that might affect the integration. Regular maintenance may be required to ensure the continued functionality of the integrated form.
  6. User Experience: Consider how the integration affects the user experience on your website. Ensure that the form is user-friendly, loads quickly, and works seamlessly to avoid frustrating your website visitors.
