  • View leads and projects from ONE unified dashboard for a smoother and simpler project management flow

  • Use new quick actions to send emails, proposals, and update the project status directly from the Projects list

  • Get full ownership over your projects as clients are no longer able to change project statuses

As an expert in web design and development at an advertising agency, I am thrilled to see the improvements in the Marketplace project panel. The implementation of these new features will make managing our workflow easier and provide clearer visibility of ongoing projects.

Having the ability to view potential clients and projects from a unified dashboard will simplify project management and enable us to be more efficient in our day-to-day work.

Hello! How can I reopen a project/lead that I previously cancelled?

Unfortunately, there’s not a way to re-open a canceled lead. Although you can send the lead a link to your MP profile and ask them to open a new project request. Or open a ticket with support and the team can change the project status from their end.

Do you you know if closing leads in a timely manner still a requirement? If not, then I will wait a bit longer before closing them as I sometimes need to reopen leads that haven’t responded in a while…
