I have an issue with wix inventory. It happen quite often that site inventory don’t match actual quantity. I have a small boardgame shop. For instance: in this moment I’m correcting a few errors: one product that the site show as 0 I have 2, another show 0 and have 1, another show 1 and have 2, another show 3 but have 4.
And we had this issue multiple times during last year (first in using wix). In the beginning we thought about a man-made error. But when we saw this issue happening again and again we discarded this possibilty, considering a software issue. Anyone ever experienced this?
Another example, yesterday my partner created an order with 4 items which the inventory showed at 1 each. After the order, 3 of them where at 0, another one still was at 1. Is like wix inventory downloaded 3 of them but not the fourth.
