Wix Stores widgets not loading — blank shop page with exclamation mark (May 2026)

Hi everyone,

Since this morning (May 3, 2026) our Wix Stores product gallery and cart widgets have stopped loading completely — both in the Editor and on the live site.

Symptoms:
• Shop page is blank with an exclamation mark (!) icon in the top left corner
• Cart icon also shows an exclamation mark
• No products visible — just a white page
• Issue appeared suddenly — we had orders coming in as recently as 2 hours before it broke

What we’ve already tried:
• Hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R)
• Different browsers
• Incognito mode
• Checked Wix status page — no incidents reported

We confirmed via the Wix Stores API that all products are still correctly configured in the backend (62 products, all visible). This seems to be a frontend widget rendering issue.

Is anyone else experiencing this today? Could this be a Wix platform issue affecting Stores widgets?
