Is it possible to add a PDF in my contact form wich must be accepted first

I’m having trouble with PDF in my contact form which must be accepted first before sending the form.

The most common way to achieve something like this would be to add a checkbox, with a link to the PDF.

Then set the checkbox to required so they have to have checked it to submit.
