I’m having trouble with
My customer cannot upload a PDF file through a Wix Form. When selecting a file, the upload fails and shows the error message:
“Couldn’t upload your file due to a technical issue. Try again.”

What I’m trying to do
Allow visitors to upload a PDF file through a Wix Form submission.
What I’ve tried so far

Asked the customer to try again.

Confirmed the issue occurs in Safari browser.

Verified that the file upload field is enabled in the form.

Checked that the form is published and working otherwise.
