Issue with site

Hello. I am having issues with my Wix site as of last night after I deleted a large database that was connected to a dynamic page. Essentially, when I click a link on my website it updates the browser bar with the right url extension but does not change pages. I went to inspect the pages in the browser and am receiving this errors like the below:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘length’ of undefined
at h (bolt-main-prod.js:1)
at Object.onUrlChange (bolt-main-prod.js:1)
at Array.XD (bolt-main-prod.js:3)

at setImmediate.js:40

Does anyone know how to fix this? I had a friend look at the site in Wix who seemed to think everything was working properly, but the site is not performing.

Thank you!

:scream: not sure about this one - have you posted in the Corvid forum for viability? Let us know if you’re able to resolve this issue!

If you deleted a database that was being utilized by a dynamic page… you will have lots of errors. You need to remove the references to the database on your page.

Hello! Did you manage to solve this issue? We are having the exact same problem since this morning and Wix support is not helping at all (actually putting us back in the queue when we call and they look at the problem).

Trying to solve it ourselves, but no success so far.

Thanks!

So sorry to hear that, what did the support say? Do you have the ticket number?

@stephaneibos think the problems on your end because my websites database is working perfectly… can you send me any code… sometimes its the order the javascript lines or what ever is in that causes my website to stop working properly… so try messing around with any code in the panel to see if that works and you might have some luck fixing the problem

or should i say all of my websites since i have more than one

@annahelise Support says now that their experts are investigating… and strangely enough I do not have a ticket number. I just asked them for one. Their handling of it is not so impressive, but we’ll see what their experts come up with. Thanks!

@sewellstephens104 Thanks. We’d love to be able to fiddle around with the code, but can’t access it… or can we somehow?

@stephaneibos I thought maybe you added custom code for functionality in the code panel… If thats not the case i cant help you anymore unfortunately… I hope support can help you out…

@annahelise The new profile layout is awesome… Keep up the good work

@stephaneibos If you ask a call from your dashboard you have VIP support and the ticket number =)

Hi there. Issue has been fixed. It turns out it was the Hotjar plugin we added from the Wix marketplace that created the whole issue. We removed it and the website went back to working properly.
One would have thought that the plugins presented on the Wix marketplace have been thoroughly tested and do not harm a website workings. Apparently not.

Anyhow - thanks for your messages, tips and recommendations. Greatly appreciated.

@stephaneibos i have hotjar too but didn’t know they had a wix plugin… i pasted an html snippet code for hotjar from their website… you could always try that if you want it badly enough…

@sewellstephens104 Yes that’s exactly what we’re going to do. We were just betting on the lazy way with the plugin :wink: But will revert to good ol’ fashion snippet. Thanks!

@stephaneibos your welcome… always have been one to never use the app market because code snippets have always been easiest to me… I dont even know if i would call that old fashion yet but im sure its getting close to that since some people for some reason hate code or something and pay other people to do everything for them.

@stephaneibos I’m sure they are investigating and they will help you =) When you have any problem, try to submit a ticket from your dashboard, you have VIP support if you are a Wix Partner :wink:

@annahelise he worked it out

@sewellstephens104 Great news! Thanks for sharing =)

@annahelise your welcome :grinning:
