We just made our first attempt to use the Billing Manager role to get the client’s credit card into the system. There was a problem, we contacted support, they replicated it and escalated it. Just in case it happens to you, here’s the story:
We invited our client to join the site and gave him a Billing Manager role.
He accepted the invitation and added his credit card as a payment method.
He attempted to give me permission to use the card, but the selection screen was non-responsive – he couldn’t tick the selection box and couldn’t use the ‘Next’ button. There was no error message.
I successfully replicated the issue (I tried to give him permission to use my card, and the selection screen was non-responsive).
I contacted support, and they were able to replicate the problem. Their selection screen was also non-responsive.
Support escalated the issue. In the meantime, as a workaround, I’ve given the client instructions for purchasing the correct premium plan himself.
