How is it that Wix partners put up with this chat bot only support? I used to be able to contact support and now I am in a rabbit hole of support bots that won’t let me talk to a person. When I finally did get what i think was a live person, she transferred me to a ticket without allowing me to call or dispute this response. She just closed chat.
Dear WIX, you make way too much money off your partners to treat web agencies this way.
