Hello Wix Community,
I have been added to my client’s website as an Admin (Co-Owner). I need to work on adding a new page to the website, but when I go to the editor, it doesn’t load - I’m not able to select the Pages & Menu. I talked to Wix support twice as I was originally added as a Website Designer. They told me I needed extra permissions, so I was changed to Co-Owner. I was removed and readded twice as a Co-Owner and I’m still not able to access the editor to add a page. I’ve tried different browsers, clearing my cache, and the menu controls aren’t hidden. Does anyone have any insights that might help?
