I’m having trouble with
I’m building a simple phone directory. When I apply live filter to the businesses, the sort items default to date created as well as the displayed dataset. I also have an events page that I’m trying to live sort by month and have the displayed dataset display by event date. I need to solve this before going live with a domain name. What I’m trying to do
I’m trying to sort the displayed dataset and live filter both alphabetically or chronologically by months for the event page.
What I’ve tried so far
Adding a field in CMS dataset as a sort field. I understand I can build dynamic pages for each category and month, filtering the dataset for each page. This would defeat the purpose of a central page to display the content on. I would have 100’s of dynamic pages for each directory category.
