I think it can be that it’s related to the App which is just for members. But I don’t unterstand why the program is now also just for members - and I can’t change even If I’ve set the Program on Public
Extra context
You’re correct that to access program content, participants need to be members (this allows them to log in and see their status unique to them).
The setting for the page is whether someone needs to be logged-in to access the page.
You could provide some of the information in the program in other ways (like blog posts, files, etc) but to allow users to access the course, they would need to sign up.
Hi Rob, great, thank you for the quick response. I understand. Then, I might have chosen the wrong format as I want to guide users througt some steps in an application process (with different questions before on different pages). Do you maybe have a hint how to do that? I have to use forms on the different pages….or is there a good template?
