I had a premium subscription for a site I created which I had connected a domain and was live, I then Had to transfer to a client and I lost the domain, when I tried to reconnect the domain again, wix asks me to upgrade to premium subscription which I was already, i just had a technical domain issue, now it means I have to pay twice for the same subscription.
Maybe the plan also transferred along with the site. I am saying this because, in the payment option, we use the pricing plan for the entire team. You should add the premium charge(if it is transferred to the client) to fees as well.
Its just a guess though, contact the support from your workspace dashboard(there is a help option on top menu)
