Wix Code database collections include permissions settings that let you control who can interact with the data in your collections. It’s important to set these properly so that your site works the way you expect.
It’s also important to remember that when you preview your site you are assigned the “Admin” role automatically. This means that you have full permissions on your data in preview. If things work in preview but not publish, check your permissions settings to make sure they are set properly for the other roles.

How should dynamic pages be included in menu bar?
I have a dynamic page linked to a student’s database which has a paginated table showing 4 students at a time. Clicking on one of the students (rows) shows this student’s details on the right of the table.
All this works in preview mode but I see that this dynamic page is not on the menu bar. Is there something I’m missing here? I put a link on the menu bar which links to the dynamic page but get an error when I click on this in preview or live mode
