Hey there, anyone else notice issues with the mobile header scroll option “DISAPPEARS”? When I use that setting and scroll through a page on an iPhone, then click the MENU button, the screen tends to freeze and I have to force a page refresh.
Using the “FADES OUT” option yields much better results for me.
I haven’t contacted support yet, as I have changed all my sites to the FADES OUT option, but just am wondering if others have noticed anything similar. Maybe it is something with my site layout, although it appears to be an issue on all my sites.

Ok, now I am periodically experiencing the same issue with the FADES OUT option…so going to plan B I guess. Static header.
Hey Scott! Seeing as you’re still experiencing the issue, I encourage you to submit a support ticket so it get escalated to the proper team.
I have contacted support and they could not replicate the issue and indicated it may be a ‘local’ issue. I am not convinced of that. Has anyone else noticed an issue like this on their mobile sites?
