I have posted about this previously a few times and sent emails to the developers about it too. It is yet another extremely frustrating experience with the interface suggesting that the developers do not dig deep enough into building advanced custom websites on Wix.
The Multi-state box “Manage States” feature needs to NOT close by itself when selecting the items on the selected state. When managing different states, the user’s likely intention is to toggle back an forth and fix or match design elements in different states. When the manage states box closes on its own we need to either go back to the layers panel and select multi state box then select Manage States again or go to the Inspector panel and click a few times to go back to where we were. These steps could be easily avoided if the Multi State Box Manage States tool stays on until we manually “x” out when we are done with making design adjustments.
Especially when you have a complex Multi State box with so many different elements this experience becomes extremely time consuming and frustrating. Developers - Please start focusing on advanced custom site design issues and the UI/UX improvements. There are too many.
