I am having an issue come up for me. I created a couple of automated emails related to appointment reminders, client referals, and review asks.
When these are sent through wix, my emails are being sent to promotion instead of primary even though my automation settings are set to business critical or business transactional. I have tried both ways. My clients are not seeing my emails which is frustrating because my business is built on the foundation of communication.
I have been looking for fixes and I can’t come up with anything. My main email is a personal google account.
