Solved this with Wix support, posting in case it helps someone.
Turns out /fullscreen-page is a leftover from an old version of the Wix Pro Gallery, the fullscreen view it used for images. It doesn’t show in the Pages panel and survives a normal republish, so there’s no way to delete it yourself. Support removed it server-side (no effect on my current gallery or any content), and after a republish the URL now returns a proper 404 and drops out of the sitemap.
Don’t waste time on a 301 redirect as a workaround. Mine only fired intermittently because the URL still resolves to a live page, so just get support to delete it. And for what it’s worth, Google never indexed the bare URL anyway (it showed as “not known to Google”), so there was nothing to fix in search results.
