My website doesn’t recognize the package I bought. Yesterday I bought the premium (cheapest) 1 year package with domain included and other things but it looks like something is broken. I clearly entered " dot com " option, did the payment. In the " all sites " dashboard, my site has a pink band that says " premium " yet, when I want to publish my site I don’t get the domain I bought. I tried every single step to connect domain or to find my domain, but none of them is actually from help because it is always redirecting me to buy a new domain…
I want further help or my money back, this isn’t working out. What did I paid then? Just the " pink " band that says premium but I don’t get anything from it?: Screenshot by Lightshot
