New Tab for External Links on Dynamic Page

I’ve added a few external links within a rich text box on one of our dynamic pages. As of now, when clicked, the link makes you leave the page. Is there a way to get those links to open a new tab instead?

I can’t find that option. I know it’s available with other items in the wix builder, but don’t see it here.
