Hello everyone,
Every time a person becomes a member, contact, or customer, whether by booking a class, purchasing an event ticket, or completing an order, they automatically receive the newsletter that was already sent earlier that same month to my subscribers.
This causes two problems: it uses up my monthly email balance, and more importantly, it sends a newsletter to people who may not have opted in or for whom the content is no longer relevant or up to date.
I have searched for an automation or setting that could be triggering this behavior, but I haven’t been able to find anything that controls it. I would be very grateful for any guidance on where this setting is located and how I can deactivate it.
