My site is set up to require member approval and someone signed up yesterday but I did not get the approval request email from the automation. (I did, however, see the approval request notification in my dashboard.)
There is an automation for this but it is “View only” and I cannot edit anything about it:
The automation did not run, I did not get an email, I cannot edit the automation, and I cannot create a new automation on the trigger. Anyone else run into this?
It was not trigged and the automation is active. I looked at the run log and identified the last time it ran and confirmed I did get the email for that past run.
