Unlike Wix Editor, Wix Studio does not appear to have the option to manually set up a dataset filter based on user input elements. Now the only dataset filter configuration options are “manual” and “another dataset.”
When adding a dropdown element, for example, to filter repeater content on that page, the dropdown can be connected to a dataset, which will automatically set up a filter, but it uses “equality” as the comparison operator in filtering. Sometimes the comparison instead needs to be “startsWith” or “contains” or some other comparison operator. I do not see an option to select different comparison operators for filtering by a user input element.
Am I missing where this is done? If not, why has filtering capability been downgraded in Wix Studio?
