Not able to add new sections, overlapping existing, glitch?

Hello, I have been trying to update my site and every time I try to create a new section to an existing page, it seems to add on top of my other sections. I can see in the layers that a new section is added, but it’s not adding below or above the other sections, just on top.

In this example it appears that a section without anything in it has attached itself to an existing section with content in it.

This is happening on all of my website pages so I am not able to update any of my content. Is it possible it is a glitch in the system?

I am also not able to delete any of the section that I add, so they are compiling in the bottom of the site. I am also not able to move them.

Instead of providing solutions to longstanding issues that appear to have received little attention over the years, it is anticipated that ‘some forum manager’ :roll_eyes: may critique our failure to post in the proper topic, rather than offering any substantive assistance.
