Add/Delete sections not working. Pages added without footer/header

Hi,

Things stop working with sections. When a section is added, for example, in the layers pannel appears a new one, but below the footer. Not only that, when you look for it, the section is not there. Moreover, when you try to delete it, the option does not work

I attach a screenshot where you can see a section162 created below the footer (?). The section number is wrong. Also it was intended to be created below section called changelayouttesting. Section cannot be deleted at the moment

Also, when a page is created it has no header/footer, just a section called section162 (?)

I assume this issue is not just on my site, and you are probably aware of this

Following. I’m having the same issue. Sometimes I have to refresh like 10 times before adding a section finally works and my internet is fast. It’s just Editor X that’s slow. Same issues for copy and pasting sections. Copy and pasting ANYTHING for that matter. Really frustrating.

Hey, I am hoping they did something and tomorrow it will be fixed. Today Editor X was impossible to work with…

Glad to know it’s not just me. Just like you, it was a nightmare to work with it today. Hoping it’ll be better tomorrow. Refreshing every 3minutes to make sure something works and just soooooo painfully slow.

Sorry to bother you on this issue…do you have an idea of what’s going on with Editor X ??

Since yesterday morning it’s impossible to work with sections, meaning it’s impossible to work at all

I have submitted a ticket but strangely still unanswered. Support is usually very fast

This is the 5th day I literally can’t work with EDITOR X. Everything started on Sunday morning and has been the same until today

To sum up, last Sunday morning, sections stopped working. Since then I can’t add/delete/rearrange. Sections number seems to be taken from the site, not the page. Some sections just can’t be seen because they are below the other …a mess

I have experienced support with VELO (which is great) and they were really fast. Also in Editor X, with a header/footer scrolling issue, they fixed the issue in 48 hs

But now I have been unable to work for five continuous days, Moreover, I don’t have an estimation on how long this is going to take, so I can’t plan anything on this

Supposedly, my issue has scaleded from Support Team to QA Team, to Developer Team, but for me it’s all the same, I have still no answers about what’s going on, and when I could start working again

Should you give me a hand it would be great
