I’m currently using Xero for my invoices. If I connect up to my wix account, should I then use Wix Invoices or Xero Invoices? If I use both will it be able to cope with that?

Thanks for the question. Our app retrieves Sales and Bookings from Wix and creates the invoices in Xero. It does not sync Wix invoices to Xero. Our team of customer champions in support are keen to review your settings to make sure that it is going to do what you intend. It is possible to control which sales automatically sync into Xero so it could give an avenue to use both Xero and Wix invoicing but would like to review your settings before you sync to check it is syncing exactly what you want. Historical Data
During your trial you get to sync up to 7 days historical data. Use this to sync up previous sales to test that your workflow is set up just the way you want it. You can do this by choosing the integration start date in the sync settings to a date 7 days before today.
When you upgrade to a monthly subscription, you can sync up to 30 days of historical data and you can sync up unlimited historical data when you upgrade to an annual plan.
We have highly rated Customer Champions to support you from signing up to configuring your settings and syncing your Wix site to your accounting app. If you are low on time or need help, get in contact with them and they’ll be able to walk you through the process step-by-step. They’ll ensure you are all set up to the requirements of your business.
