Had a call with Wix about setting up an Order Follow Up automation. For example, customer buys X & Y product on September 1st, then on September 14th an email is sent to them saying, “Hey Customer, how are things going with X & Y? Let us know if you need assistance or have feedback.”
This looks somewhat possible as long as it’s a generic email with no reference to any product.
Does anyone know a way to do this where the email specifies the product(s) they purchased? Would really love something less generic and faceless.
