Current Wix “purchase complete” emails are more like an afterthought instead of a great (lasting) impression. Would like to see much greater customization of both “Wix Automation” emails and Wix Stores emails. Also, better aesthetics in these emails commensurate with Wix visual experience.
Several potential corrections include customization of store font and logo; email subject line; text, etc. You can do some of this in Wix Automations emails but not in Wix Stores email. Moreover, Wix Automation emails do not display necessary information such as products purchased, price, etc.
Would also like option to change email subject lines.
Current Wix purchase and shipping subject lines are unchangeable and read: “Thanks for shopping with us (#10001)” and “Your order is on its way (#10001).” These are at times relatively informal and impersonal. Would like ability to customize to “Thank You for Your Purchase” or “We Appreciate Your Support,” etc.
