Overflow content not following corners

I’m currently working on a project that I have designed in Figma and am moving into EditorX.

I have just realised though that when setting overflow content to hide, the designed corners of the parent content aren’t taken into consideration. Not sure if this is intended or not, but it’s rather annoying.

Figma design:

EditorX:

You need to add radius to both element.

I know that would be an easy solution, however it doesn’t work for my use case.

I’m adding this effect - https://www.iloveeditorx.com/mouse-position - to the container, so the shapes need to be set to overflow and follow the corners of the container

@noahlovell See what you mean and will forward it. It’s like the container stays square/rectangular instead of confirming to the shape. I know Brandon mentioned using an image to mask and I was able to do something similar.

@Rob Exactly! Awesome. I doesn’t really make sense that it wouldn’t follow the design (corners) of the parent element. I’ll see what I can do with images. But if this isn’t intended I’ll wait out for a fix. I’m not in any rush so it’s all good :facepunch:

@noahlovell will you be able to share some sort of showcase on this site on the Forum and Facebook? It looks amazing and as I can remember, Community Members were interested in such a design!

@andrewt 110% Planning on sharing it. It’s still in development and has a little way to go, but it’s definitely going to be shared!

@noahlovell so nice! thank you :hugs:
