Making page anchors fixed in wix mobile editor.

Wix editor.
What are you trying to achieve:
Trying to make page anchors stay in position on the mobile site.
What have you already tried:
A Lot!, cleared them out and reloaded them several times.
Additional information:
I have checked they are not ‘hidden’ or sitting on top of each other on the page.
