Do you have a list of all the current partner benefits and benefits that are in the works? Maybe a timeframe on some? I have 18 clients and I’m adding more each month… hoping there are benefits for me as of course you’re benefiting from them :wink:

Nice man… I have 7… And the only benefit that is clear for me is the easy buttom to create a ticket, but the support is the same for Unlimited users…
I’ll give you a list of benefits that we dont have:

  1. We have no support to advanced needs;
  2. We have no training area;
  3. The beta resources are allowed to people from abroad (in my case, Brazil);
  4. We have no diferent price to acquire new sites or comissions;
    and so on…

@marketing48906 You have quite a few things wrong. :slight_smile: Let me clarify:

-Partners get elevated support - so when you call in you get the highest level of service / response from Wix.
-Partners get growth managers - and they coach you with your services, processes, etc.
-Partners who get an account manager (20+ Annual Premiums) get access to personalized training from Wix
-Betas are opened for partners (It’s typically in English, so what Sea-Ads said is somewhat accurate, but not all the betas are restricted to English)

Thanks for your answer Brett, I did my request to become a partner on your link…

I have the information that we become a partner instantly after have more than 5 premium acconts.
Regarding your list:

  • I had and have some dificulties to solve, as for excemple, to create a customized member area for a customer that bought from me 2 premium acconts, and the support sent me a link os the Wix Blog that doesnt help me… Now Im here, trying to get some knoledge to do the task.   • Nobody called to me or told me during my support calls about this growth managers, I’m very interested, since I’m a small marketing business and ALL my business partners says that the right thing to do is to use the Wordpress. Only I insist on use Wix.

  • I dont have 20 acconts yet, because now Im thinking to migrate to Wordpress because of my experieces trying to work with your platform.

  • I can speak in english, not natively because I learned by myself, but I have a good understanding.

I’d like to know: am I able to have the betas if I change the language of my platform? What I can do to have those access?

If you have the partner dashboard - which I assume you do, you simply need to activate the betas. It’s a toggle switch. :slight_smile:

As far as custom member area, it’s definitely doable. When you start getting into this level of customization it because exponentially more difficult and support may not be able to keep up. There are many videos online of how to do it. Sadly, most are in English. :frowning:

I don’t understand why it’s beneficial to front load premium plans with agency when literally every holiday I’m offered 50%off all hosting?

There’s more to the agency program than plan bundling. Yes, it’s true that there are on-going sales during some holidays, but not everyone wants to wait for the next holiday to get a discounted offer. You might not see it as beneficial, but someone else will. It’s all about preference!
