QuickBooks already told me, twice, that they currently have no solution for this. I already left them “feedback” as well. But I wanted to try here as a last ditch effort:
All I want to do is put a “Pay My Invoice” button on my wix website that automatically syncs with my QuickBooks Online account.
We already send our invoices through QuickBooks Online to our customers using their email address. Within that email is a “Pay Now” button. If they go through that button, it’s automatically updated in our Accounts Receivable and Register - while also going straight to our bank account. But of course we still have tons of customers who go to our site looking for a “Pay My Bill/Invoice” button. I just want to have the same button (that is sent through the QB email) on our site. Whether the code (on our wix site) automatically detects a person’s email, or they manually input it as they go through the payment process, they should then be able to see their entire account/invoice history of past invoices, payment history, invoices due, etc. on our site.
