I’m having trouble with
Hi! I would like to use Wix as my website creator (rather than WordPress, etc) but have heard very bad things about the payment system. I have two main worries: one, I’ve heard that payments are severely delayed, sometimes for weeks and weeks. Two, I will be providing products and services to many different countries which are not covered by Wix Payments, such as places in Asia, Oceania, South America and elsewhere. Wix Payments is fairly limited to North America and the EU, I believe.
A follow-up question to this is I want to run a multi-vendor e-commerce site. The last time I asked there was a single app called Webkul that allowed you to approximate this, but it doesn’t seem like a very sophisticated/trustworthy solution to me. I’m wondering if there have been any new options which would allow me to create a true multivendor e-commerce site.
The problem with delayed payments is especially concerning because a) I will be having vendors who need to be paid b) I want to know customers’ payments have gone through, so I can ship their products immediately c) I offer a money-back guarantee, so I need to have their payment funds available to send back to them if they request it.
