Just need to sense check the notifications sent with Pricing Plans.
I’ve a client with around a thousand members so I contacted support to check there’d be some sort of renewal reminder (because it’s not an automation option - only ordered, expired, canceled) to reassure the client. I was told there definitely would be a system reminder because of the payment about to be taken.
But, they’ve all starting to hit renewal and no-one has had any alerts of any kind. ‘When plan expires’ doesn’t trigger for renewals either. I’ve built a workaround that 335 after the plan is ordered, there’ll be an email (so 30 days before the renewal in year 1). What am I missing .
