Product option choices with additional costs for each

I am trying to create a product page that is basically a service/product to order online that has multiple options you can add to the service. Each option has an additional cost.
I am stuck and can’t move forward with my website and don’t want to push the purchase button until I know I can accomplish this with Wix.

Here is my product/service
Photo Video
Base Price is based on video length so this needs to be a dropdown option to select correct length requested.
Additional costs/options for the one product
-Add additional DVDs - box to enter quantity and include in cart
-Add additional Flash Drives - box to enter quantity and include in cart
-Download only - check box
-Add title pages - box to enter quantity and include in cart
-Add Chapters - box to enter quantity and include in cart
-Photos scanned - box to enter quantity and include in cart

The link below is the closest tutorial I have found but the options don’t have an additional price to the product nor a way to enter quantity for each option.

I think in your case this tutorial will suit your needs better.

You can customize the page the way you want it (add all the needed checkboxes and textboxes for your customers to fill in), then pass all the data to the dataset and process the order according to it.
