Hi I am having a nightmare trying to do this. I have followed the tutorial https://support.wix.com/en/article/corvid-tutorial-expand-text-with-a-read-more-link and it just doesnt work. Is there anyone who can help me? I’d like to find someone who I can work with and can talk me through it over screenshare. Noone has answered my job posting. Is there anyone that can help??

I tried this on my work laptop, on my home machine (so no special privileges), and different browsers. You might need to check your Internet or maybe you have a browser extension that’s interfering.

@yisrael-wix Oh this is the same article iv been using all along haha.
The slider underneath doesnt move with it and so when I try and change it it changes in both the expanded and collapsed and is a total nightmare.

@yisrael-wix Yes I think my website is a bit complex as it has coloured and patterned backgrounds and is squares ontop of things with images around so its super complicated…
@masalathreads Hmm, so you might try using a Box to hold the expanding text box, since a Box will “push things out of the way” quite nicely. Although, it does depend on your site layout.
@yisrael-wix So to put the box in the multi state box and then write on the box?
@masalathreads No, not a multi-state box. Put the text box in a regular Box . How are you using the multi-state box? What elements are you putting into it?
