Real Estate Broker Web Strategy - Primary (broker site), Secondary (agent site *form built CMS), Tertiary (Listing page, (property site *form built CMS)

Is it possible to construct dynamic data-driven real estate brokerage websites that can automatically propagate *agent form filled (agentname.realestate.xyz) and *property listing, property info form filled (4321DaisyLane.realestate.xyz)

We borrowed these techniques to create dynamic data-driven website templates for home improvement contractors.

The primary site contained back-end to open & edit *Sales-Rep info file page and *Client info file page. The back-end would automatically create sub-domain file pages for these items, each of these sales-rep and client info pages were CMS (data-sourced) content containers.

Does WIX have a similar template or is it possible to recreate with WIX Studio?

Here is the original concept in screenshots, it explains it perfectly. Thank You

NetRoofer Web-Based Client Management System

This is definitely possible, and would require the use of:

CMS (Wix Databases)
Dynamic Pages

The part that I think is not doable is having the link be agentname.realestate.xyz. It would need to be along the lines of realestate.xyz/agentname

The link structure for properties would be: realestate.xyz/agentname/properties for a specific agent’s properties.

For a specific property: realestate.xyz/agentname/properties/nameofproperty

For a client link (whole site wouldn’t be optimal through wix I think): realestate.xyz/agentname/client

Hope it helps

Thank you,

Yes, it helps, did you see the screenshots? Your description is the original setup with the exception that we did not tag the property names on the agent pages.

We actually adopted the structure for Home Improvement Company (Broker), sales rep (agent), and property page (customers file page)

Whenever we engaged a client who needed an estimate or proposal we created the instant Client file page, visited the property, and took measurements and photos. The sales rep could edit the client file page, and add the pics, docs, and email file page link to client. They open the file page, click the estimate link and the .pdf appears in the viewing window. Very simple and effective.

We want to have a notes/history tab, a click-call button, and other new standards.

I just dove into the WIX CMS and they had a similar real estate website project. The CMS works really well and I did the tutorial. Then I joined the group to see if anyone has done this type web strategy.
