This is usually a broken link inside the embed, not a problem with your domain itself. filesusr.com is Wix’s own file host, so when a widget is added through Embed a Widget > HTML iframe, Wix wraps that code in a standalone page and serves it from that domain. If a link or button inside the embed (or inside the SalesIQ script itself) opens without target=“_parent” or target=“_top”, clicking it navigates the iframe itself to that raw filesusr.com page instead of staying inside your site, which is the blank unstyled page with the warning.
To find it: right click your live page, View Page Source, and search for filesusr.com to see which element it’s tied to. If it traces back to an HTML iframe embed block, open that block in the editor and check the code for any anchor tags or window.open/location calls that don’t specify target=“_parent”.
If SalesIQ was added as a full HTML iframe embed rather than through Settings > Custom Code (Add Code to Site), that’s usually the cause, since code added through Custom Code injection runs in the main page and never hits this iframe boundary. Switching the integration over to Custom Code injection instead of an HTML embed widget is the cleanest fix if that’s how it’s set up now.
