Question:
Does anyone else have issues with the reliability of email delivery for booking confirmations. The issue is NOT related to customers typing wrong email addresses or emails getting diverted to SPAM. We have experienced a number of times where either the emails stop getting delivered altogether or get delivered very slowly. Also WIX delivery tracking is not very good. This has a big impact on our business. Are there any WIX tools such as email APIs which would allow us to nesure that emails get delivered?
