Wix has introduced the Wix Loyalty Program where the visitors/members are able to earn points for some future benefit. So far Wix Store, Wix Bookings and Events and some other apps are included in the program but not Wix Forum.
Visitors are able to get points when becoming site members. This activity could be extended to earning points for a new post, new comment, or clicking ‘like’ to post and/or comment. In addition, different level of points to be appointed for new posts in different categories - for example, a category for experts to be more valuable than generic category like Q&As.
Adding points to Wix Forum will make considerable boost and increase encouragement for visitors to engage with the forum and be active in the discussions.
Once they earn points, they can use it for discount(s) on products and services or going to next level for the badges. I see different kind of opportunities here for Wix and site owners.
Are there any plans Wix Forum to be included in the Wix Loyalty Program?
