I created a demo tour for my product, so I used an image as a background and on top of it lightbox.
So when I used Chrome, it looks great but on other browsers, the pointer does not point on the right object, the location is not the same.
Please open this URL on chrome, click “start tour” and then do the same on Edge
How to deal with this issue?
I tried this on a Mac with Safari and Chrome and both seem OK. It’s to clear to me what the issue is.
There are many issues with browser compatibility. First, ensure that you are using one of the Supported Browsers . If you are having issues with a supported browser, then you should report this to Wix Customer Care to ensure timely handling of your issues.
