Retry Payment(s) For Customers

I have gotten the idea to submit a feature request for retrying payments for our customers. If a payment has declined and they have gotten in contact with their bank to resolve the issue, we can retry the payment for them instead of them having to redo everything themselves. They either call us on our business number or email to give consent.
