Reward Loyalty points on a monthly basis to Plan Subscribers

Is it possible to reward subscribers a value of loyalty points every month they make payment so that it can accumulate?

Wix Loyalty Program

With a customer paying, for example, 200 per month to have access to a page, we would like to award them 200 loyalty points per month. The rewards they’re able to claim are based on loyalty over time than specific acts.

I’ve tried every possible option, even automations but I’ve had no luck. Is there a way to code it in?
