Wix Studio News
New Updates to Wix Forms on Studio
We’ve recently released more updates and improvements to the new Wix Forms.
Here’s what the updates include:
- Display single and multi-choice fields in a layout of 1, 2, or 3 columns
- Duplicate fields to create a form more quickly
- Rename pages to stay organised
- A new field for collecting donations from site visitors
- A double opt-in option for email subscription forms. Site visitors who opt in will receive an email asking them to confirm their subscription
- A calendar input option for the date picker field
- The ability to control automations related to a form and spam filtering preferences directly from the form settings

(And if you can’t find what you’re looking for - create and submit your own content! Once accepted, create a shareable personal profile and get creating.)

The new Wix Forms are now available in both editors
You can now use the newer version of Wix Forms that were available on Studio in the Wix Editor as well. You’ll find the new forms under Contact & Forms.The newer Forms widget is connected to site themes in the Wix Editor—when you change the site theme, the form color and fonts adjust with it. Or, you can add a premade form that isn’t connected to the theme.
Form templates built with the previous version are still available, and you can still add and update existing forms you’ve created using the old version.

Manage group posts with the Wix Groups Feed API
Use the Wix Groups Feed API to manage the posts in any online community built with Wix Groups.Build a group feed with any news or updates related to a business or site. With the API, you can create posts, update or delete existing posts and read or sort posts by group ID.
